A Heavy Hearted Post for Boston

Yesterdays’ disaster is truly shocking and horrific. What should have been a triumphant and joyous day for the running community and their loved ones became a nightmare.

I am truly sad that there is so much hatred in this world. My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by this unnecessary tragedy.

We need to heal the world with love and compassion and not allow those consumed with hate to dictate our lives. Take a moment today to reflect and remember to give your friends and family an extra squeeze.
